The DocketHUB Client Dashboard allows you to monitor mailing activity and manage your mail costs across your organisation from a single place.
By integrating closely with DSA Carriers and Royal Mail, the Client Dashboard provides you with up-to-date information about your mailings, in an easy to view form.
It helps you manage mailing costs and activity across carriers, and allocate costs within your organisation to the appropriate department or campaign.

Manage Your Mailings

The Client Dashboard lets you monitor posting activity across multiple Carriers and Posting sites.
• View mailings across multiple Posting Sites / Mailing Houses / Carriers
• One view for all mailings in a campaign.
• View mailings by department, internal cost centre or Purchase Order.

Monitor Your Mailings

• Check that your mailings are ready for collection from the posting site when you expect them to be.
• Monitor the mail as it is received by the Carrier and scanned into their network.
• Identify any mail still in production or transit.

See Live Quality of Service Metrics

• View % of mailing handed over to RM for final mile delivery.
• View live ‘Quality of Service’ indicators, so that you can see how your mail is being handled.
• Identify mail that has been delayed or fallen ‘out of course’.
• View ‘fall to ground’ information of mail delivered / not yet on final mile.

Identify Unexpected Costs

• Quick identification of unexpected charges (e.g. Missorts or surcharges).
• Identify the jobs that caused additional charges to be raised.
• Identify posting site(s) involved in mailings that have incurred additional charges.
• Allocate Surcharges to the appropriate job / department, or pro-rata across mailings performed that day.

Allocate Mailing Costs

• Ensure your posting sites are using accurate information at the time of the mailing to support effective cost allocation.
• Promote correct use of Purchase Order codes at the time of mailing.
• Associate individual mailings that are part of a wider campaign together.
• Allocate mailing costs to internal Departments.
• Allocate mailing costs to internal Cost Centres.
• Allocate mailing costs to internal Purchase Order codes.
• Optimise allocation of costs for carriers unsorted or consolidated mail.

Reconcile Invoices

• Combine Carrier and/or Royal Mail Wholesale charges together to see the true costs of a mailing.
• View Invoices in terms of the individual mailings performed.
• See supporting information for mailings performed through Agency accounts.

Long Term Reporting and Analysis

• View mailings performed over time and associated charges.
• Generate Departmental cross-charging reports.
• Monitor spend against Purchase Orders.
• View Monthly Cost Centre reports.
• Monitor historic mailing costs by poster/carrier.
